Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support by phone
  • Respond to client’s inquiries with regards to the products they own
  • Be aware of the need to escalate issues when necessary
  • Proficient at gathering necessary information to assist customers and resolve issues
  • Cross-sell and actively up-sell existing products
  • Provide quotations on new business

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a call centre environment
  • RIBO License REQUIRED
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Fluently bilingual written/spoken in French and English considered an asset
