Responsibilities

  • Train and coach new employees
  • Create training manual with updated policies
  • Implement staff retention policy strategies
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing
  • Implement Quality Assurance program to maintain a high level of call quality
  • Assess and revise KPIs as needed
  • Plan and execute workflow for maximum efficiency
  • Diffused escalated customer calls

Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience with a customer service team
  • Proven ability coaching a team
  • Fluently bilingual – French/English
