Do you have experience as an Executive Assistant in an industry related to Real Estate, construction, or property management?  Are you looking to be part of a fast paced, growing company?  If you said yes to these questions this could be the role you are looking for.  Our client in Kitchener is looking to hire an Executive Assistant that will work closely with the owner.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an EA in a field related to real estate, construction or property management.

  • Follow up with employees and external contacts regarding status of projects and outstanding matters
  • Work closely with the President and provide daily updates on outstanding matters
  • Dictate and record minutes of meetings
  • Review and provide comments on lease documentation
  • Prepare and review agreements of purchase and sale
  • Prepare contracts, applications, letters and documents


  • MUST have a College Diploma for Law Clerk, Legal Assistant or Commercial Real Estate Law
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of word, excel, outlook
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
