  • Handle all customer requests via phone or email
  • Manage warranty claims and questions related to claims
  • Order entry
  • Answer technical questions and provide pricing and availability when needed
  • Communicate with shipping to ensure on time delivery for customers


  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Superior customer service abilities
  • Call centre experience considered an asset
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual – French Skills verbal/written are required
