A strong sense of customer service coupled with solid communication skills are key traits for our current search.  Our client located in Waterloo Region, is looking to add a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer requests via phone or email
  • Manage warranty claims and questions related to claims
  • Order entry
  • Answer technical questions and provide pricing and availability when needed
  • Communicate with shipping to ensure on time delivery for customers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Superior customer service abilities
  • Call centre experience considered an asset
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual – French Skills verbal/written are required
