- Handle all customer requests via phone or email
- Manage warranty claims and questions related to claims
- Order entry
- Answer technical questions and provide pricing and availability when needed
- Communicate with shipping to ensure on time delivery for customers
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Superior customer service abilities
- Call centre experience considered an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual – French Skills verbal/written are required
