    Have you processed hourly payroll?  Do you have experience with Accounts Receivables?  Do you speak French?  Our client, long time company located in Kitchener is adding a Bilingual Finance Administrator to their dynamic team

    Responsibilities:

    • Process hourly payroll
    • Record daily deposits and payables
    • Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations
    • Analyze AR and perform collections
    • Maintain AR files, ensuring accuracy
    • Act as back up for Cash Application
    • Support month-end processes

    Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary education in a related field, Business or Accounting diploma
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
    • Previous payroll experience
    • Experience with KRONOS
    • Bilingual French/English is a MUST
