    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all customer requests via phone or email
    • Manage claims and questions related to claims
    • Provide support to staff and clients regarding the claims process
    • Work to resolve client complaints
    • Process and distribute client and stakeholder queries as needed
    • Log calls and actions taken

    Qualifications:

    • University or college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
    • 1-3 years’ related experience.
    • Professional communication skills
    • Fully bilingual French/English is required
